Passed away suddenly, but peacefully on December 26, 2014 at the age of 79. Son of the late Hector Tapp and the late Géraldine Robillard. Loving father of Lynn (Paul), Kim (Peter) and Lori (Wayne), cherished grandfather of Keith, Bryan, David, Ashley, Matthew and Jacob and great-grandfather of Braeydon and Stesha. He also leaves the mother of his children Colette, as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday January 2, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home Chapel (180 Montreal Rd, Ottawa), followed by a reception at Army Ottawa Officer’s Mess (149 Somerset St, West, Ottawa, ON K2P 0H7). The family will receive condolences from 10 a.m. In Memory of Raymond, donations to the CHEO Foundation would be appreciated.
