Passed away on April 22, 2021 at the age of 78. She was the daughter of the late Emile Saumier and the late Eva Barrette. She leaves behind her granddaughter, Chantal (James Cronier), her great-grandchildren, Isabelle (Liam), Faith, Abigail, Allyssa, Noah and also her great great-granddaughter, Paisley. She is survived by her brother Richard (Josée). She will be missed by her furry friends: Rusty, Taco, Romeo and Juliet. Monique was predeceased by her son, Jean-Claude Scott, and her siblings, Maurice Saumier, Irène Saumier, Paul Saumier, Suzanne Saumier and Yvon Saumier.
