Daniel, Gaetan, Phil and Andy wish to announce the end of an era - the passing of our father Lionel “Lee” Ladouceur on March 18, 2018 at the Osgoode Care Centre where exceptional care, kindness and compassion was given by so many to Lee and his family. He is now reunited with his beloved wife, Rita “Duchess.” Son of Albert “Skip” and Angeline Ladouceur. Eldest brother to Val, Claire (Middleton) and Pat McNaughton. Beloved father-in-law to Carol (Daniel), Rosi (Gaetan), Linda (Phil) and Francyne (Andy). Cherished Grandpapa to Grant (Sarah), Erika (Graham), Ashley (AJ), Cory (Jen), Andrew, Jason (Chantal), Nicolas (Melissa), Cole, Braeden, Jessie (Adam) and Alexi. Proudest Great Grandpapa to Parker, Greyson, Liam, Noah and Isaac. Lee, a man who gave unconditional love to all who came into his home, enjoyed music, gourmet cooking, entertaining and simply spending time with the ones he loved. A celebration of his life will be held at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home and Chapel located at 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion) in Ottawa on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Refreshments will be served.
