On Friday,December 30, 2016 in her 88th year. Dear mother of Joan (George Lajeunesse). Proud grandmother of Scott McKenzie (Nadine) of Morewood, Ontario, Andrew Lajeunesse (Jillian) of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Cst. Matthew Lajeunesse, RCMP (Alexandra) of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Sean Lajeunesse (Liane) of Chesterville, Ontario. Loving great-grandmother to Haleigh and Nicholas McKenzie and Ryerson Lajeunesse. Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews in her beloved Nova Scotia. Predeceased by her cherished daughter Susan, the love of her life, Richard Gagne and her dear friend, Bill Hoogenboom. The family wishes to thank the staff at Orchardview Living Centre for their always kind treatment as well as the paramedics, nurses and doctors at the Civic Hospital for their compassion, knowledge and professionalism while she was in their care.
