It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald Crossman, 75 ,of Ottawa, Ontario.
Gerald passed away at the Montfort Hospital on December 3rd. He was born in Sackville, NB to the late Hazel (Crossman) Fillmore and the late Gerald Fillmore. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Donald. Left to cherish his memory are his sister Susan (Charles) Trenholm of Sackville, NB and his best friend Dave Tremblay of Ottawa.
In his younger years he enjoyed playing baseball on A Sackville League. He loved hockey especially the Boston Bruins! He loved the "old country" music Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard etc... Gerald enjoyed playing poker and slot machines and his beer!!! You could compare Little Gerald to the song Frank Sinatra, I DID IT MY WAY! Little Gerald certainly did it his way.
In keeping with Gerald's wishes there will be no funeral service. Ashes will be buried at a later date.
