Martha, Bill, Gay and family, please accept my condolences for the loss  of your dear mother. My thoughts are with you.

My deepest sympathy and love goes out to the Dear family.  Thanks to the wisdom imparted to me by Mrs. Dear when I was a just a kid, I've navigated through adult life using her kind words of advice which helped me be a better human being, treating others with love and dignity in both my professional and personal life.  I thank God for the gift that was Mrs. Dear, a true angel.  The memory of her smile still brings a feeling of joy in my heart. I know she will continue to watch over her family and guide them from above  Know that you are in my prayers every day and that the seeds of love she planted will continue to grow. Mrs. Dear was a wonderful woman who leaves us with fond memories of her cheerfulness, her thoughtfulness, and her friendship those many years ago. Our sincere condolences to all the Dear family and extended family.

David and family  Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. Although they are up in years we still miss them. I lost my mom 2 years ago at the age of 96. My mom knew your grandfather and grandmother as i believe they came from our area here. I also never realized that Tommy whom we worked with at the Esso was your uncle. I hope that you and the family are well as you are probably retired now Take care Ken Scott.

I have so many fond memories of aunt Eileen. The many happy hours on the porch in Florida. She always had a gentle way about her. Her smile and laughter will always be in my heart. She loved baking. Many a evening we played hand and foot.  She had a loving family and friends. RIP sweet lady

Eileen was a wonderful human being.  She embodied all the best things that come to mind when we use the term matriarch.  She remembered all those birthdays and regularly checked in.  She was a great listener and kept her opinions close.  I remember the first Facetime with Eileen in Florida and we had baby Ollie on the screen from Vancouver—Eileen touched the screen and her delight and marvel at what technology enabled was a thing to behold.  Technology expanded her reach to an ever expanding family.  She will be missed but she has imprinted a better self on anyone she touched.
