It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Claudette Pilon on October 1, 2023 at the age of 74.
Claudette was the daughter of the late Rose Aimee Pilon and Lionel J Pilon. She leaves in sorrow her sister Lise Roy ( née Pilon) husband Claude Roy, Leona Pilon, and her sister-in-law Gwen Pilon (the late Denis Pilon) along with many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all her wonderful friends whom she cherished and were like family.
The family would like to thank all her PSW’s who have taken such great care of her over the years and were considered friends; and a special thank you to her nurse Kathy for all the early morning chats and laughs. A big thank you to the nurses and doctors of the Queensway Carleton Hospital and the staff from Champlain LHIN.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Sunday October 8th 2023 at 1:30 in the Chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The family will received condolences from 12:30pm until service time.
Donations made in memory of Claudette to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
