Claire Couillard

Elle laisse dans le deuil ses deux filles: Francine Renaud et sa fille Catherine Renaud (Andrew Gorman) et Rachel Couillard (Mark Richard) et leurs enfants Zachary Richard, Danyca Richard et Brielle Richard. Ses quatre petits-enfants étaient la lumière qui égayait sa vie. Elle va beaucoup leur manquer.

Elle fut prédécédée par ses frères, Armand et Gérard ainsi que par sa sœur Colette Legendre. Elle laisse aussi plusieurs nièces et neveux.

Une célébration de sa vie en présence des cendres aura lieu le mercredi 22 mai à 13:00 à la Maison funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier, située au 180 chemin Montréal à Ottawa. La famille recevra les condoléances à partir de 12h00 (midi).

Nous remercions toute l’équipe du quatrième étage du Centre d’accueil Champlain pour leur dévouement et les excellents soins qu’ils ont prodigués à notre mère ainsi que pour la grande bienveillance envers sa famille.

Our hearts are broken after the passing of our mother and grandmother, Claire Couillard (Charlebois) on Thursday, May 9, surrounded by her daughters and eldest granddaughter. Claire passed away peacefully after a long illness.She is predeceased by her husband, Roger Couillard, her two brothers, Armand and Gérard and her sister, Colette Legendre.

She is survived by her two daughters, Francine Renaud and Rachel Couillard (Mark Richard) and by her cherished grandchildren, Catherine Renaud (Andrew Gorman), Zachary Richard, Danyca Richard and Brielle Richard. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Please join us for a celebration of Claire’s life on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa. The family will receive condolences, starting at 12:00 and the service will begin at 1 p.m.

We thank all the staff at Centre d’accueil Champlain for their excellent care and devotion towards our mother throughout the years.

In loving memory of Claire, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
