Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Monday, January 6, 2020 at the age of 68 years. Predeceased by her parents William Nash and Margaret Jean Devenny. Beloved wife of Gerard “Gerry” Sisk. Loving mother of Sean (Erin Fraser) and Shannon. Beloved grandmother Kaylin, Theora Jean “TJ” and Kenzie. Dear sister of Brenda Losztyn (Steve), David, Michael and the late Danny. Barbara is survived by her many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Ottawa General Hospital for their dedication and love they gave to Barb. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm, followed by a celebration of Barb`s life in the Chapel at 3 pm. In memoriam donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation-Cancer Unit would be appreciated.
