Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Rae McLean, loving mother of Terry (Joanne) and Brian (Debra). Cherished grandmother of Sean (Lyndsay) and great grandmother “GG Aileen” of Rachel and Lauren.
Dearly loved sister of Theresa McRae (the late Sandy) Angela McDonell (Finlay) and Kaye McDonell (Francis).
Predeceased by her sister Anna McDonald (the late Garfield). Also predeceased by her brothers and sisters in law; Neil and Eldora; Brian and Aldona; James and Catherine; and Jerome and Adair Masterson. Aileen will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, on Monday, November 24th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, November 25th at 11am in St Bernard’s Church, 1720 St. Bernard Street. Interment at Hope Cemetery. In memoriam donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada (Ontario Branch) would be greatly appreciated.
