With family by his side, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday, December 3rd, 2010, Orest Krawchuk at 81 years of age. Beloved husband of Alice (nee Lazar) for 55 years. Dear father of Sharon and her husband Paul Jefferson and the late Marla Jane Krawchuk. Devoted Grandpa to Jeremy, and Felicia and her fiancé Tyler. Predeceased by his 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Orest will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Tuesday, December 7th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, December 8th at 11:00 a.m. Interment Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to Centennial Albert United Church or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
