Passed away peacefully at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday, December 31, 2011, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of Walter. Loving mother of Bill (Mary) and Bob (Betty-Anne). Grandmother of Libby, Sherry, Janice, Mike, Bill Jr. and Adam, great grandmother of eight and one great great grandchild. Dear sister of Evelyn Swinson, Carol Kirk, Linda Schneider (Bob) and predeceased by Luellia Doucette. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, January 4th, from 1:30 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Thornton Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Lung Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
