I extend my deepest condolences for the loss of Justin. It's heartbreaking to hear about his passing. Justin and I were elementary school classmates. In my memories, he remains a very special person – kind, passionate, adventurous, loving, intelligent, and truly brilliant.

One particular memory that stands out is getting to work with him on a science fair project. Together, we worked with great enthusiasm, creating a model house complete with a functional alarm system. I can't forget the tremendous support we received from his father, whose guidance and expertise in science brought our project to life. Our project was selected to be shown at the Toronto science center in Toronto, where Justin's outgoing nature and captivating explanations left a great impression on everyone asking us any questions. 

Justin's absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, and he will be profoundly missed. As we mourn his passing, I find solace in the belief that his spirit will endure eternally. May he find peace in the company of his loving Father, who has called him home. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time, and I hope that the beautiful memories of Justin's vibrant spirit and remarkable qualities bring comfort and strength to all those who knew and loved him.

Justin made this world a better place. Thinking of you, dear Lisa and Charlotte. I am forever grateful that he passed through my life, however briefly..,, but what an impact he made. I will always remember his kindness, his gentle manner and his love of laughter.  His love for you both was continuous and at the forefront of  everything he did.  How lucky was I, to have shared in his light on this earth.  

Thanks for showing me what the true definition of being solid is. Though this word is used all to often in our line of work, it is diminished every time when we apply it to someone who is not worthy of the word. You taught me the true definition when returning to base that one night. You, my friend, will forever be worthy of the word.

Deepest and sincerest condolences to the Yelle family  and the Ireland family.  Seeing you all today and seeing the love and emotion shared and the memories reflected shows that although his time was short the number of people Justin touched was long.  His life was lived to the fullest and the impact and memories created and shared will stay with those who knew him the best.  His immediate and extended family, his Police family and all those who had the pleasure of Justin being part of their lives will remember his big personality, his infectious humour, and his always warm and genuine welcomes.  These moments will stay with us all whenever we think of him and will bring a smile when the tears fade.  Love to Lisa and Charlotte as they hold him closest and cherish the time they had together.   You are all in my thoughts.

Justin was an amazing person, always ready for antics and making us laugh at family gatherings.  I remember him visiting me one day out of the blue a few years ago also, and he scared me peeking over the fence in my backyard! Intentionally of course, but with a huge smile on his face. He fit in perfect with our family and over the years proved to be the best husband and father to Lisa and Charlotte. 
Although his time came far too soon, the impact he has made on so many people's lives will be with us all for a lifetime.
