Clayton was born to Douglas and Gertie Tarrant in Peterview, Newfoundland on August 29th, 1950 before moving to Ontario in 1966. He was a talented woodworker and jack of all trades with a zest for life and laughter. He loved nothing more than his wife of 40 years Juanita and his two daughters Natasha and Kaitlyn.You would often find Clayton cooking, baking muffins, gardening, watching wrestling or his favourite western tv shows.
Clayton will be missed by his wife Juanita, daughters Natasha (Aaron) and Kaitlyn (Mark) and beloved granddogs Ollie, Wrigley and Juno. Survived by sisters Eileen (Don), Maxine (Derrick) and Ina. Predeceased by five sisters, three brothers and granddog Griffin.
A Gathering Celebration of Life will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King Street West on Monday July 31st, 2023 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
