Passed away suddenly in his sleep on Monday March 6, 2023, at the age of 72. He was a loving husband of Jennie (Gem) for 42 years, devoted father of Floyd, Jennie-Ann, Frank Jr. (Sessilia), proud grandfather of 6, and brother to 17 siblings. Frank first arrived in Canada in 1970 to represent the St. Vincent & Grenadine Police Band. As a young police officer he followed in his father’s footsteps to help immigrate his family to Canada. Frank, who belonged to several organizations, was not only an advocate for higher education, but also placed great value on maintaining relationships. He enjoyed playing cards, cricket, music, being up-to-date on current news and engaging in a good debate. Frank had a great sense of humour and would often express his love with a joke. He was the President of the Union Island Association of Toronto, President of the Rogers Workers Union, and a pillar of the community. Frank was seen as a leader and collaborator for the Wilson family and extended family. Frank will be remembered with a smile by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
