Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her loving husband Wilfred Tessier and her beloved son Dave Tessier. Devoted mother to Paul (Jeanne). Eileen is survived by her dear sister Carol and her loving brother Eric. The family has decided to have some private ceremonies take place at a later date.
