Suddenly at Lennox-Addington Hospital, Napanee on Monday, August 1st, 2011 in his 37th year. Dearly beloved husband of Jennifer (nee Sullivan). Very loving father of Nickolas, Drake and Jared. Dear son of Elaine Parkin (Fred) and Wayne (Julie) and son-in-law of Penny Sullivan (late David). Big brother to Marcus (April) and Carrie (Brent) and brother-in-law to Jon Sullivan. Uncle to Colson and Brock. Dear grandson of Olive Curtis (late Walter) and David Tully (late Genevieve). Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Chris will be remembered for his coaching of St. Andrews OCHL. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Friday, August 5th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 P.M.
