Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Agnes for 34 years. Cherished father of Joe (Melinda), Chris (Amy) and Theresa. Loving Grandpa of Anthony, Ben, Evelyn, Audrey and Bentley. Dear son of the late Ida and Ed Jones. Dear brother of Carl (Val), Sandra (Fred) and David (Jen). Brian will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and his fur babies Rosie and Luna. He was an active member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Bowmanville, active musician in the Durham Region and a dedicated Blue Jays fan. Brian would appreciate it if you wear your favourite or any Blue Jays apparel to the visitation which will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, April 27th from 4 – 8 p.m. or to the Funeral Service which will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, April 28th at 10:30 a.m. For those unable to attend the service please join us via livestream link below

Prayers will be held at the funeral home Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. Interment Mount Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
