Bruce (Bird) Donald Robbins

August 16, 1954 – May 8, 2024

Bruce Robbins was born in Far Rockaway, NY, on August 16, 1954. His parents Frank and Jean Robbins moved the family from NY to Titusville, FL, when Bruce was four years old, where his father was employed with the Space Center. In 1972, he graduated from Titusville High School. In 1974, he met his wife Rosemary (Brennan) Robbins and her son Jamey Shook when he was a year old. They lived together for 9 years and married in 1983 in Valparaiso, IN. He loved being a grandpa to his two grandsons, Cody and Mason. Bruce enjoyed landscaping the yard, spending time crafting his bonsai’s and found joy playing the harmonica.

He is survived by his wife Rosemary Robbins; her son Jamey Shook, daughter-in-law Tiffany Shook, and his two grandsons Cody and Mason. His sister Lynn Sterling and niece Kelli McPherson. As well as his brother Kevin Robbins and two nephews Eric and Ian.

A Celebration of Life will be held June 8th at the Breakaway Trails Clubhouse, 16 Breakaway Trails, Ormond Beach, FL, starting at 1:00 PM - open to friends and family. Join us as we share memories, stories and reflect on Bruce's life. We will cherish moments, laugh, cry, and honor the impact Bruce had on our lives together.
