Funeral service for Barbara J. Boyer who died Sunday June 29 at Florida Memorial Hospital will be 2pm Wednesday July 2, 2014 at Ormond Beach Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1pm until service time at 2. Mrs. Boyer was born in Otto, Indiana and moved to this area in 1981 from Lawrenceville, IL. She retired from Lawrenceville National Bank and Trust. Mrs. Boyer enjoyed golf, Ballroom dancing, and playing Bridge. She was an active member of Ormond Beach Presbyterian Church where belonged to the Women’s Organization and Bible study group. Survivors include one son, Richard; two daughters, Kayda Ferrell and Vicki Frederick; six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stuart.
