Adam David Smith

Adam was born on May 14, 1963, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Rosemary Bickford and Brian Smith.

He married his wife Darlene Smith on March 22, 2003, and is survived by her, his children Taylor & Daniel and daughters Kylee & Courtney Gouger.

Adam was well known in his community as being the founder and proud owner of Adams Seafood Company for 35 years.

His passion and zest for life included spending time with his family & friends. He loved fishing, boating, golfing, biking, vacationing in Florida & spending summers at his family home in Cape Cod. He found joy and expressed his love by cooking for others. He brought laughter into every room he entered and found pure joy when surrounded by family and friends.

Adam is also survived by his sister Liz Kratz, siblings Kay, Cecily and Harry Bickford & Donna Eyles along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, step-dad Cecil Bickford, Auntie Pauline and nephew Ben.

A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, May 28, at the Brattleboro Eagles Club, 54 Chickering Drive from 1-5 pm. The family welcomes you to come and share your stories, pictures, laughter and memories of your time with Adam.

Adams priority was always to care for his family and business. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to support and care for them as he had.
