Susan Sullivan, 74, of Clermont, passed away peacefully February 12th, 2022. She was born in Brighton, England on June 16th, 1947. When she was 9 years old, she arrived in New York City on the historic Queen Mary. She was so proud when she got her United States citizenship.
She was married to her best friend and soulmate James Sullivan for 48 years. Together, they shared her many passions which included traveling abroad and cruising throughout the world. The beach was one of her favorite places to be.
Susan had a heart of gold and always thought of others before herself. Her generosity with her time and energy was felt by everyone she touched.
She is survived by her nine grandchildren and one great grandchild which brought her immense joy through the years. She is also survived by two sons.
She will be sorely missed.
Service will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill at 3 pm on Sunday, February 20th, 2022 with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
