"Lucky Lou" was born in Tarboro, North Carolina. A true patriot, Louis proudly retired from the US Air Force after 20 years. He loved to fish, play poker, bowl, play computer games, and at every opportunity, playing with the kids in the family. He thoroughly loved his family and constantly praised God. Although Louis once swore he wouldn't go on a cruise ship unless he could fish off the back of the ship, Louis embarked on fifty-five fabulous cruises with Arnetta! Louis is survived by his wife, Arnetta, brother, Frederick I. Turner, his two sisters, Beverly D. Bridgers and Felicia Blake Leggett, four grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. After retiring from the US Air Force, Louis worked in the electronics industry in Orlando until he became the caregiver for his wife's uncle. He was a very simple, hard-working Southern man.
