Joan Marie Krause

Joan met her beloved husband, James "Pops" Krause while on vacation in California. After a brief courtship they were married on January 21, 1967 in Joan's hometown of Rochester, NY. Together they raised 5 children and were blessed with 8 grandchildren. Joan's main focus was her family but she also enjoyed reading, cooking, movies, entertaining and was known affectionately in the family as The Queen of QVC. She will forever be remembered by her family and friends both near and far. Joan was survived by her children Lynne (Steve) Guidice, Nancy (Vincent) Mancuso, Susan (Kevin) Odell, Kimberly (Brad) Wolfe, Christopher (Patricia) Krause, 8 grandchildren, her brother James (Betty) Pierce and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's name can be made to The American Cancer Society or St. Jude.

Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11am at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando.
