Arthur A. Frazier passed away peacefully on April 25,2017 at age 46. Arthur is survived by his wife of 20 years Nicole Frazier and their four children Toni, Kyle, Cay-la & Arthur Jr., his parents Lloyd & Juliette, sister Clarissa (Frazier) & Daryl Williams, Nieces Ashley & Desiree and nephew Daryl Jr. Along with his mother in law Dorothy Capaccio and 2 grandchildren Noah and Eli Feliciano. Arthur is preceded in death by his brother Johnny Frazier, Sister Pamela Frazier and Grandson Angel Feliciano.
