Ana married the love of her life, Juan M. Pacheco, when she was 25 years old in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and had all 4 of her children in Puerto Rico before moving with her family to New York in 1964. Ana and her family settled in Jersey City, New Jersey a few years later. Ana worked for over 20 years before relocating with her family to Orlando, Florida in 1995.

Her daughters: Ana Y. Pope, Alba I. Pacheco-Tosado

Ana was preceded in death by her son, Luis M. Pacheco.
