Virginia "Ginny" Walczak

Virginia "Ginny" Walczak passed away at age 93. She was born on March 5, 1929, in Chicago, Illinois to her parents, John and Catherine Walczak. Loving sister of Shirley (Dick) Wolfe, predeceased by two brothers and four sisters; Cherished aunt of Scott, Tod, the late Brett, Linda, Glenn (Debra), Wayne, Nancy, Perry, Joyce (Rick), Kathy (Todd), Russ, Rich (Michelle), the late Michael, and the late Mary (Kathee), Beloved great aunt of James, Tod, Lindsey, Nita, Lisa, Kristen, Jessica and Joe, along with 17 more great nieces and nephews.

Ginny worked at United Airlines her entire professional career. In her spare time, she would walk "everywhere" and loved watching game shows. She was a loving caretaker to her mother and brother, and joked around with her great, loving family. She will be truly missed.

Visitation for Ginny will be from 3 - 8 PM on Tuesday, January 10, at Orland Funeral Home, 9900 West 143rd, Orland Park, Illinois. Funeral to begin at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, January 11, at Orland Funeral Home, processing to St. Michael Church, 14327 Highland Avenue, Orland Park, Illinois for an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery to follow.
