Thomas Gene Pittman

Thomas Gene Pittman, age 83, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024. He was born in Travelers Rest, South Carolina to the late Archie and Martha Pittman and was lovingly raised by Bernice and Robert Painter. He served his country proudly in the US Navy, retiring after 23 years of dedicated service. He was very active in his church, First Baptist of Middleburg, and was very active in the real estate community. He has gone home to be with Jesus.

Thomas was broker/owner of his own business, Pittman Realty Inc.

Thomas is survived and overwhelmingly adored by his loving wife of 25 years, Sandra J. Pittman; 3 sons: Robert G. (Anda) Pittman, Michael W. (Pam) Pittman and Thomas E. (Melissa) Pittman; daughter, Tricia P. (Justin) King; 2 step-daughters: Samantha Burson and Michelle Burson; sister, Geneva (Oliver) Holiday; 10 grandchildren: Jason, Shelby, Leather, Michelle, Mikey, Cole, Libby, Lauren, Avery and Corbin; 6 great-grandchildren: Kyleigh, Victoria, Nevaeh, Crispin, Scarlet, and one on the way; 2 great-great grandchildren: Lucas and Ansleigh; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at 10 AM, and funeral services will be held immediately following at 11 AM, Saturday, November 30, 2024 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL.
