Johns younger years were filled with joy, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and tinkering with cars. He later enjoyed gardening and reading western novels. John has always been a huge sports fan and an avid do-it-yourselfer. However, nothing brought more enjoyment to John's life than his family, always looking forward to the annual reunion.
John was predeceased by his loving wife Carol Bryan and sister, Carolyn Entrekin.
John is survived by his son, David Bryan (Rusti Lynn); brothers, Carl Bryan Jr. (Jan), William Bryan (Carol), Phillip Bryan (Gloria); sister, Sara "Nina" McManus; two grandchildren, Ashley Osborne (James), Kristin Nunn (Andrew); and five great-grandchildren, Hunter Osborne, Logan Osborne, Ethan Osborne Eliana Osborne, and Luke Nunn.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
