Sharon was born in Rochester, New York on February 6, 1947 to Ronald B. and Rita Murphy Allison. She graduated from Honeoye Falls High School and afterward earned a Cosmetology degree.
She was married to William F. Streb, Jr. on March 17, 1990 at St. Rose Church in Lima, NY.
Sharon worked in restaurant service and was a hairdresser for many years.
She was a member of St. Clare Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. Her hobbies included cross stitch, crochet, which she taught her granddaughter how to do, jigsaw puzzles, card games, especially Gin Rummy, fishing and going on gambling cruises.
Sharon was a very active member in her church, being a Eucharistic Minister, Minister to the Sick, Hospitality and serving those who were in need. She was selfless, compassionate, generous and loved putting smiles on people's faces. She took care of people in nursing homes by doing their hair and always made sure they felt loved and cared for.
In addition to her husband, Sharon is survived by her son, James Michael Krenzer-Goodenough (Craig); daughter, Janet D. Santiago; grandchildren, Christopher Antonio and Allison Christina Santiago; brother, Richard B. Allison (Judy); sister, Deborah R. Endicott (Kim); brother-in-law Timothy Streb (Eadie);
sister's-in-law, Toni Bliek (Verne), Elizabeth Gatto (Peter) and Teresa Hanson. And many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents and brother-in-law Paul Streb.
A visitation for Sharon will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Clare Catholic Church, 2961 Day Rd, Deltona, FL 32738.
