Deltona, FL age 71 passed away at his home on September 29, 2018. he is survived by his wife of 33 years Karen; sons, Tim (Ruth) Downer of Longwood, FL and Michael (Alex) Downer of Youngsville, NC; grandchildren, Brittany (Jason) Janney and Coleton Downer; great grandchildren, Trenton and Hailey Janney; brothers, Richard (Debbie) Downer and Lamar (Kathy) Downer; sisters, Edith (Richard) Peace, Libby Kinnaird and Martha (Floyd) Spivey; several nieces and nephews. Roy was predeceased by his sister Wanda Head and brother James Downer. Roy enjoyed his family, friends, westerns, music, fishing, cars, trucks and especially motorcycles. He could fix anything and will be missed.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
