Robert "Bo" Bonilla

He was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 6, 1970 to Roberto & Luzmila (Escobar) Bonilla.

Robert served his country proudly as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps; and then in civil service as a clerk for the United States Postal Service. As his faith grew, Bo desired to learn more about God, and began a Master’s degree in Chaplaincy. He adored his God and sharing Him with other people.

In his free moments, you might easily find Bo taking in a Marvel movie with his precious kids, gathering with family and friends, or traveling throughout the US, reaching out to friends and family, in the spreading of the Gospel message of salvation. He and his wife, Margarita, built a beautiful life together, and they all miss him dearly.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Bonilla; children, Adrian Bonilla, Lauren Ramos-Kam, Najib Ramos, Israel Bonilla (Kambra Bonilla), Tristan Bonilla; his three grandchildren (Marlene, Yarely and Sadie); his father Roberto Bonilla and mother Luzmila Escobar, his sister, Nydia Figueredo (Orlando Figueredo,) and his brothers Orlando Bonilla and Fernando Bonilla.

Please join us for a Celebration of Life at 10am on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home & Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, Florida 32763. Inurnment with Military Honors will take place at the same location, with reception to follow.
