Deltona, FL Age 68 died on September 26, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Nora Reta Starkey; sons Jeffrey Starkey and Jason Starkey all of Deltona, FL; sister Barbara Wingardner of CT; several nieces and nephews. Paul served his country in the US Air Force. He was an associate missionary with New Tribes Missions in Sanford doing computer services; he was also a dedicated member and deacon of the Fellowship Baptist Church, Deltona, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday Oct. 12th 2 PM at the First Baptist Church, Main Street, Troy. A Graveside Service will be Tuesday Oct. 12th 11 AM in the Mountain View Cemetery in Troy. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the Fellowship Baptist Church, Building Fund, 114 Courtland Blvd., Deltona, FL 32738.
