Leonard Joseph "Lenny" Albanese

Mr. Albanese was born on March 4, 1929 in New York, New York, the son of Ralph and Josephine Bagarello Albanese. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was united in marriage to Suzanne Monetti for 62 years. He worked as a chauffeur for a funeral livery service prior to his retirement. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Suzanne; a son, Ralph Albanese; two daughters, Marianne Reinhardt and Joanne Osma; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph Albanese.

Friends may call on Wednesday, January 23rd from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL, PH: 386-775-4260. A Wake Service will be held at 7 pm Wednesday evening. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 24th at 10 am at St. Clare Catholic Church, 2961 Day Road, Deltona, FL with Father Carlos Bedoya officiating. Entombment will immediately follow at Deltona Memorial Gardens in Orange City.
