Jean was born on September 14, 1927 in Rockland, Massachusetts. She graduated from Marlboro High School. She married Charles Sarsfield on April 12, 1946 and worked for Sunbeam on the assembly line. Jean had a passion for gardening.
Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Sarsfield and her children, Eleanor Towner and June Jago.
She is survived by her children, Charles Sarsfield (Susan), Steven Sarsfield (Carolyn), Sheila Sarsfield, Joanne Tibbetts (Steve), Vicki Sarsfield, and brother, Donald Kemp. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM.
