Carol Ann Winslow

She was born on January 12, 1940, a daughter to the late F. Thomas Leonardi and Florence Carilli Leonardi.

In 1957, Carol graduated from Miami Edison High School, in Miami, Florida. She pursued a career as an agent and broker in Real Estate in multiple counties in North Carolina and Florida. Carol became the owner of CW Realty/Prudential Real Estate in Orange City, Florida. She was a member of National Association of Realtors, Charlotte Board of Realtors, North Carolina Real Estate Association of Realtors, West Volusia Association of Realtors and Chamber of Commerce. Carol’s passion was getting people in the home of their dreams. In Carol’s spare time, she enjoyed bowling with her husband, Vern, on local leagues wherever they lived.

She is survived by her daughter, Patty and her husband, Kevin; three grandchildren, Jacquelyne McDonough of North Carolina, Tim McDonough (US Navy) and wife, Brittney and great-grandson, Callen; Madison Kulpinski (whom she adored and lived with) of Debary, Florida.; a step-son, Jim Winslow; and a sister, Dianne Diaz of North Carolina.

In addition to her parents, her beloved of 34 years, husband, Vern Winslow, a son, Richard Chevalier, a brother, Father Richard Leonardi, precedes Carol in death.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home; 1295 Saxon Blvd; Orange City, Florida with Pastor Clint Kandle officiating. A reception will be afterwards from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
