Born on December 2nd, 1937, in Clarendon, Jamaica West Indies where he spent most of his childhood. When Arthur was 22 years old, he migrated to the United States on April 10th of 1959.
While living in New York he met and married Olga Ortiz in December of 1959.
Commonly known to friends and family as Leroy, he loved his food he loves to watch TV and also the YouTube channel on his phone.
Arthur was preceded in death by his late parents and one sister.
Left to cherish Arthur's memory is his wife of 64 years, four stepchildren, eleven step grandchildren and thirteen step great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be held from 12:00 -12:30 pm on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home with the funeral service at 12:30-1:30pm. Interment will take place in Deltona Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.
