Born July 14, 1940, in Gallia County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Raymond E. and Edna L. (Wells) Dulaney. Lora was an amazing and talented seamstress and worked for Burlington Coat Factory for many years. She was a good bowler and was on a league for Village Lanes. She also enjoyed fishing and immensely enjoyed playing cards. Blessed with a beautiful voice, Lora was a gospel singer who cut her own CD and sang at the Richland County fairgrounds often.
She is survived by two children, Randy Fife and Crystal (Mike) Leiter; daughter-in-law, Regina Fife; grandchildren, Kristin Fairbanks, Marti (Dave) Hardin, Miranda (Bub) Cole, Joe (Faith Daugherty) Leiter, Paige (Ben) Hoover, Breauna Pickworth, Andrew Leiter and Dustin Fife; many great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles (Louise) Dulaney; and a sister, Aline Allison.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Roger Fife Sr.; daughter, Sherry Manns; son, Paul Roger Fife Jr.; sister, Bertha Baughman; and brother, Edwin Dulaney.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral service conducted by Pastor Mark Bailey will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 10:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Mansfield Memorial Park.
