It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Rosemary LeBlanc of Upland, California. She entered into rest at the age of 89 on Thursday, March 23, 2023.
Rosemary was born in Los Angeles, California, to father Vito of Colorado and mother Theresa of Italy. In
1955, Rosemary married Clinton LeBlanc and eventually moved to the city of Upland where they resided for over 56 years. She was a full-time homemaker and worked part-time as a cafeteria manager for the Claremont School District.
Rosemary’s true enjoyment was her family. Whether it was planning houseboat trips at Lake Powell, countless years of camping at San Clemente State Beach, celebrating holidays with her family and with their extended family, or simply swimming and a BBQ in her backyard, she was the happiest spending time with those she cared for and loved, and welcomed all.
Along with her devoted husband of 67 years, Rosemary raised five children and nurtured a family that learned (through her example) to appreciate time well spent together, love and care of their own children, and to embrace laughter and humor often.
“Nona” will be dearly missed by her sister, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and everyone she has touched throughout her life.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice or City of Hope.
Draper Mortuary extends our deepest condolences to the LeBlanc family, and to all who knew Rosemary, during this difficult time.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy maybe shared at www.Draper-Mortuary.com for the LeBlanc family.
