Michael Dale Reed

Michael Dale Reed, aged 81, passed away on October 29, 2024, in Upland, California. Born on July 22, 1943, Michael dedicated 45 years to the construction and construction management industry, leaving a legacy of hard work and resilience.

A proud veteran, Michael served in the Army for two years at Fort Hood, Texas, where he honed his discipline and commitment to service. After his military tenure, he channeled his skills into a successful career in construction, overseeing numerous projects that stood as testaments to his dedication and expertise.

Michael's early years were marked by his passion for tennis, a sport he enjoyed in his youth. Later in life, he found solace and joy in crafting bird houses from corks, a hobby that showcased his creativity and love for nature.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Sandra; son, Michael; daughter-in-law, Natalie; grandchildren, Karina and Korey; great-grandchildren, Gray; and nephews, David and Danny. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa.

A service to honor Michaels life will be held on Monday, November 11th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 N Mountain Ave., Ontario, CA 91762.
