Lori was born to Nery Jacob Membreno and Deanne Lynne Spicer. She has two sisters: Amy Puente and Patricia Higgins.
Lori Elaine Membreno graduated from Ontario High School and received a Medical Assistant Certificate from U.E.I. College. She worked as a caretaker for her late mother. Lori had a passion for writing and poetry.
She was survived by her daughter: Angelica Dion, and her sons: James Damon, Giovanni Gabriel, and Shyloh Alexander.
