Daniel Gutierrez Marquez

On September 29, 2021 at 8:03am our beloved husband and father, Daniel "Danny" G.

Marquez, went home to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his son Albert Marquez

and survived by his wife, Raquel Marquez, 6 children, Daniel Marquez Jr, Chemosh Marquez,

Chandel Marquez Arballo, George Lopez, Daniel Marquez II and David Marquez, 18

grandchildren Nicholas, Breanna, Daniel, Matthew, Noel, Ariana, Isaiah, Jasmine, Savannah,

Gabriella, Raelene, Mariah, Gabriel "Ro-Ro", Alyza, Elonna, Jayden, Juliana and Kaleb, and 4

great grandchildren Josiah, Carlos, Ezekiel and Melanie.

Danny was born June 24, 1946, in Upland CA. He resided in Ontario and attended Riverside

School for the Deaf where he excelled in sports and received his high school diploma. After high

school he pursued karate and became a 3rd degree black belt. Danny then went on to become

a welder, working for FMC for 10 years, then decided to start his own family flooring business,

Marquez Carpets, teaching his sons and nephews along the way. After 40 years of flooring,

Danny decided to retire and enjoy his family, his greatest joy in life.

He was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Hermelinda, his son Albert and his brother Manuel Marquez.

A visitation for Daniel Gutierrez Marquez will be taking place on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 11am to 2pm in the Draper Mortuary Chapel 811 North Mountain Avenue, Ontario, California 91762.
