Jack worked for William Machine and Tool for many years. He served in the United States Air Force for 10 years during the Korean War. Preceded in death by parents, Theodore Valentine Smith and Clara Allen Smith; and sister, Margaret Thomas. Survived by wife of 36 years, Judith Smith; daughters, Melissa (Cabot) Howell of Atlanta GA, Paula (Joe) Kennedy of Fairbanks AK, and Karen Medina and fiance Erick Saner of Omaha; and grandchildren, Adam, Elana, Cassie, EvaMarie, Hannah, Emily, Sarah, Nick and Melodie. MEMORIAL SERVICE on Thursday, May 5, at 10am at Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home.
