Preceded in death by his parents, Arvid “Buzz” and Mary; brothers, Chris and Dave; sister-in-law, Mary Langfeldt; and paternal and maternal grandparents.
Survived by daughter, Erica (Chris) Boehmer; grandchildren, Beau (Nicole), Brook (Kendyl),and Blane; great-grandchildren, Xander, Saige, and Theo; siblings, Ben, Ard (Tammy), Don (Nancy), Greg, and Gaye; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and close friends, Larry, LD, and Oliver.
Rick was an avid boater, bowler, skier, golfer, and very much enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by us all.
A visitation for Rick will be held Sunday, February 12, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
Rick will be laid to rest in Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
