Danna was born on February 17th, 1961 in Omaha, NE to Buddy and Patricia (Chamberlain) Pitzer. She and her 6 siblings grew up in the LaVista/Omaha area.
Danna dedicated her life to working hard and taking care of her family and friends. She loved watching her kids and grandkids grow and was always there to help guide them along the way. Danna was an absolute go-getter and was always helping someone fix or renovate or clean something around their house. No task was too big for Danna, she did it all! When she wasn’t helping others, she was always up for a good laugh and a good time. She enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak every Sunday Funday, going to summer concerts with her daughter and friends, and sipping on a red beer while waiting for her numbers to hit in Keno. Danna will always be remembered for her strength and courage until the very end.
Danna is preceded in death by her mother and father; sister, Mary Pitzer; brother, John Pitzer and brother-in-law, Chris Kerns.
Cherishing her memory are her children, Matthew Pitzer, Michael (Stephanie) Pitzer, and Stephanie (Joseph) Nussrallah; grandchildren, Taya, Caleb, Carter, Connor, Avery, Capri, Charlotte, and Baylee; siblings, Stephen (Pam) Pitzer, Roderick (Stephanie) Pitzer, Christian (Laurie) Pitzer, Robin Pitzer-Barr, and Rahnna Kerns; niece, Samantha Arellano, and numerous other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 6th, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Visitation starting at 12:00 pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
