All of us at EJ are blessed and honored to have been a part of Cathi's journey. Thank you for allowing us into your life. You and your family will remain in our thoughts and prayers. Please remember we are always here if you need anything!

Cathi Warren was the true essence of a tribal liaison for the Army Corps of Engineers. Cathi made the effort to consistently visit the tribes, befriended tribal members, and honestly worked for the tribes’ interests. The Osage Nation Historic Preservation Office is deeply saddened by the loss of a true friend and colleague, she will be greatly missed.

Hey mom, I will never forget our Pearl Jam sessions in Spain 1991. I will never forget how you took one of most important roles of life, being an amazing parent and a great friend. You showed me so much about life as a young man and teenager who was hopelessly lost. I did not have you in my life for long, but the time I did have, it was meaningful, memorable, and precious. May you travel the dimensions of the afterlife in peace and rest assured, we will meet again.

Hello,

Cathi and I met at Eastern Hills High School back in the early 80’s. Because of our common taste in the “new-wave” music that was happening in that time we struck a friendship. Our group of friends not only consisted of EHHS classmates, it also included friends from other high-schools with similar taste in music, art, and cool underground concerts. I remember going to her house with mutual friends to hang out, listen to music, swim, or go joy ride in her cool 1960’s convertible Camaro. It can be said that Cathi was “cool.” I also remember her family and father being just as nice and welcoming when we would come over to visit.

I am really sorry for the loss.  With much sympathy, I pray God’s comforting spirit be with you all.

My Heart is so very heavy with the loss of this Relentlessly Bright Light, Soaring Spirit, Healing Soul, Righteous Heart and Loving Friend... I will bury you in my Heart Cathi Warren and I will give you the warmest hug when we meet again. I am so very grateful to God and the universe that you know that I Love you. It is right that the world stands still at the time of your passing. 

My condolences to Emily, Colin, Joe, Jason, Dustin and Jeffrey and Cathi's entire extended family. We will see Cathi again and I await that day with joyful anticipation.

Very saddened to hear of Cathi's passing.  I met her several times when she came to the Fort Berthold Reservation in North Dakota on official business.  It was always a pleasure to see her and visit and share friendship.  My condolences to her family on the loss of our dear friend Cathi.


Words cannot express how heavy my heart is.  Cathi was a truly amazing person who I had the honor and privilege of working with on several occasions.  She was so positive, intelligent, and kind and I always looked forward to our paths crossing.
