Andrea Tenea Stone

Andrea graduated from Westchester High School in 1976. Her extensive career in the travel industry began with Merritt's Travel in the Bonaventure Hotel located in Downtown Los Angeles. Working in the travel industry allowed Andrea to experience traveling the world. After leaving Merritt's Travel she began working for Hughes Aircraft Company until the late 80's and then had a brief stint with Delta Airlines until 1994. She also attended El Camino College and West Los Angeles Community College to pursue a degree in medical billing and coding. In 1994 she found a position as the Lead Travel Coordinator with ABC Corporate Services at which time she relocated to Omaha, NE. From 1998 until 2014 she worked for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, where she held several positions, Supervisor of Corporate Travel, Project Supervisor and Supervisor of Corporate Air and Q/A. From 2015 until 2017 she worked for Frosch Travel until she fell ill and decided for an early retirement. Andrea loved traveling. Her passions included reading, music and arts & crafts. She loved spending time with her family and Grandchildren.

Andrea was preceded in death by her Father, Eddie Bernard Stone.

She is survived by her Mother, Georgia Stone; Son, Michael (Ashley) Stone; Grandchildren, Alyssa Wigfall, Maki Stone, Alayjia Stone, Collin Stone, Kenidee Stone, Caiden Stone, Koi Stone, Chandler Stone, Chase Stone; and Brother, Stanley Stone.

A Funeral Service will be held at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home on Friday, October 29 at 2:00pm, with Visitation one hour prior.
