Eleanor "Sue" Bishop McCormick

Eleanor “Sue” Bishop McCormick, 88, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, TN. She was born on December 30, 1932 to the late Joe and Amma Bishop in Calhoun County, MS. Sue was a loving stay at home mother, and grandmother. She loved oil painting and crafting. Sue is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Don McCormick; her parents, Joe and Amma Bishop; her daughter, Cindy Replogle, and four siblings: Earlene Hellums, Evelyn Hellums, Charlie Bishop and Joe Thomas Bishop. She leaves behind two daughters, Kay Gross of Red Banks, MS and Jodi Saveley (Greg) of Laws Hill, MS. Sue also leaves behind four grandchildren: Phillip Pumphrey, Amber Robinson, Cody Replogle, Camron Replogle, one great grandson, Tristan Robinson; three sister in laws, one brother in law, and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm with a visitation and a catered reception beginning at 11:00 am at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Southwoods, 5485 Hacks Cross Rd Memphis, TN 38125. The family request that memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
