Anthony Philip Neri Jr.

Anthony Neri Jr (Tony), 58, of Westbrook, CT died unexpectedly on 3/18/23. He was the youngest of five children born to Anthony and Gloria Neri on 11/4/1964. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Westbrook, CT where he graduated from Westbrook High School. In 1994, he married the love of his life, Stacy Marshall and together they raised four girls.

Tony was an extremely hard worker and worked for a few local businesses as both a truck driver and diesel mechanic. He was an active member of the Westbrook Elks Club. He had a passion for football and began as a midget for the team his dad began and coached. He was a Patriots fan, loved watching comedy and birds. He was very giving and willing to help anyone who needed it.

Tony is survived by his wife Stacy of 28 years, his daughters Amber (Brian), Westbrook; Cassidy (Connor), New Hampshire; and Mackenzie and Brooke, Westbrook; as well as his four siblings; Dan Neri (Toni) Scottsdale, AZ; Laura Welch (Ted); Westbrook, CT; Cathy Wade (Richard); Westbrook, CT, Doreen Camire (Lee); Deep River, CT; his mother in law Ollie Marshall, and sister in laws; Vicki Griffin (Jay), Laura Connolly (Jeff) as well as his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 10AM-12PM with a service starting at 11:30AM in the Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook, CT 06475. Donations may be made to the Valley Shore Animal Welfare, Westbrook, CT in his name.
