Susan Marie Thompson

Susan was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her father Elam Long, her son Grant Clemson (Bobbie), her daughter Brittany McPeak (Matthew), her granddaughter Kalina Clemson, grandsons Brett and Wyatt McPeak, and her sisters Cathy Boone (David) and Lisa Hawkins (James), as well as numerous nephews and a niece.

While Susan had a career in banking and estate planning, her main focus was being the best mother she could be to her two children. Susan was an exemplary mother and Mema, showing unconditional love, strength, and unwavering support of her family. Her greatest joy in life was her family, her canine companion (Armani), and Elton John. She loved music of all genres and it brought her much comfort during her extended illness.

Susan will be fondly remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother who was always there when her family needed her.
